1. The service

StoryFlick ("the Service") provides children's bedtime stories in text and narrated audio, in English and Arabic, through this website. The Service is intended to be used by a parent or guardian together with a child. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Free and premium content

A selection of stories marked "Free" can be read and played without a subscription. All other stories require an active subscription.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed to your mobile number through your mobile operator. The first 24 hours are free; afterwards the plan you chose (daily or weekly) is charged automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you confirm, including applicable taxes. Charges appear on your mobile bill or are deducted from your prepaid balance.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by logging out from the Profile page or by replying STOP to the subscription SMS. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. No further charges are made after cancellation.

5. Acceptable use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute or re-sell the stories, narration or artwork, except as allowed for the public-domain source texts.

6. Content

English stories are adaptations of public-domain texts; Arabic stories, narration and artwork are owned by StoryFlick. We may add, change or remove stories at any time.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
